Farmer’s Favorite Fennel Salad

- One fennel bulb (reserve some leaves)
- olive oil
- half a lemon
- salt
- shaved parmesan cheese
Slice fennel as thinly as possible, set in bowl. Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, & salt and toss together. Top with thin shavings of parmesan cheese & fennel leaves.
