Tomato & Cucumber Salad

12 plum tomatoes, quartered
2 med. sized cucumbers, sliced very thin
1 red onion, sliced very thin
1 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar (or more to taste)
½ bunch dill
Salt and black pepper
Directions:
Put tomatoes, cucumber and red onion in a bowl
In a separate bowl, whisk sugar into vinegar until preferred sweetness
Add dill, salt, and pepper to taste
Pour into large bowl and toss
Let sit for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator,for best results.
